Surgery hours
Unlike other veterinary surgeries, our Dinnington practice runs an ‘open’ surgery. You do not need to make an appointment, just come and book in during surgery hours and you will be seen. This gives you easy access to our veterinary care and the flexibility to attend whether for a routine visit or if your pet is taken ill.
In addition, we provide a full range of diagnostic and surgical procedures onsite. Please ring the surgery for further details.
Monday to Friday: 08.30 to 10.00am, 2pm to 3.15pm 5.00 to 7.00pm
Saturdays: 8.30 to 10.00am
For clients wishing to pick up repeat prescriptions from the surgery please try and pick up between surgery hours if possible to ease congestion and shorten waiting times.

Payment
Payment for all our services is on the basis of payment in full at the time for all consultations, operations and other procedures or products. We accept cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards.
We recommend taking out health insurance for your pet to remove the worry of affording possibly expensive treatment. We are always happy to complete pre authorisation forms or claim forms at no extra cost to yourselves.
